The Dear Beauty 1:1 Beginner Training & Mentorship is designed for artists who want to build a strong, confident foundation in lash artistry — technically, creatively, and professionally.
This program is rooted in over six years of real experience building Dear Beauty from the ground up. What began as a solo lash journey has grown into a brick-and-mortar studio, a team of artists, training programs, community events, and an expanding e-commerce line.

Everything taught inside this course comes from lived experience — the lessons, the mistakes, the adjustments, and the systems that actually work.
The training begins with a 4-day, 1:1 immersive experience that blends hands-on practice with in-depth theory. You’ll learn the foundations of lash artistry with a strong focus on precision, customization, and healthy application. Training includes working on live models so you can refine your technique, understand lash design, and build confidence through real-time practice.

This program is intentionally designed to go beyond a quick, surface-level course. While it’s immersive, the focus is on truly equipping you with the skills, confidence, and understanding needed to start your lash career with clarity — not just handing you information and sending you on your way.

Beyond the technical craft, this program goes deeper. You’ll be guided through the business side of lashing — including how to build clientele, use social media intentionally as a marketing tool, create content that feels authentic, and develop a clear brand identity that helps you stand out. The goal is not just to learn how to lash, but to understand how to grow something sustainable with confidence and intention.

Included in the program is 30 days of post-training support to help you apply what you’ve learned with guidance and reassurance. During this time, you’ll have space to ask questions, gain perspective, and continue learning as you transition into taking clients. Shadowing opportunities are also included to observe real-time workflow, client experience, and application in a professional setting.
